CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking your appointment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our late/cancellation policy.

Late Arrival

Please ensure that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment with the time remaining. However, you will be charged the same as the original appointment price.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment 

We recognize that not all of life's unexpected events come with advance notice. Please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to rebook it for you. “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our technician with empty appointment times; and we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that appointment. We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to let us know before the 24 hour time frame will result in a $50 last-minute cancellation fee.
